The Vermigold on-site waste management system is a cutting edge solution to an ever growing problem of organic waste/wet garbage. The System is designed to provide continuous processing of organic waste materials using 'in situ' earthworm processing technology based on sound vermiculture principles. Vermigold systems are an essential part of any infrastructure set-up for recycling the organic solid waste / wet garbage generated just like an STP plant is suitable for treatment of sewage waste. Our systems achieve 90% reduction in waste volume and enable organisations to comply with the various environmental regulations effectively.

The Vermigold waste management system is a combination of Vermigold Tat-G On-site Organic Digester, Vermigold Organic Waste Processor and composting worms. The Industrial Model is assisted by material handling equipment for automated waste loading. Our systems are smart, scaleable and deliver the lowest processing cost per Kg in the industry. Vermigold Tat-G On-site Organic Digester

The Solar / Electric Powered Organic Digester system is a computer controlled environment where millions of earthworms are busy working on the organic material. The Digester has been engineered to provide the right earthworm processing environment to do just that - Recycle your Organic waste onsite in a Trouble free and Eco-friendly manner. The Vermigold Tat-G Digester can make a significant impact on the processing of your kitchen and garden waste in combination with cardboard/ carton and paper waste. With a balanced blend of carbon (from cardboard and paper) to nitrogen (from the food waste) the natural composting process is optimised, and accelerated final processing is achieved with specially selected varieties of composting worms. It is maintained at optimum operating efficiency via a solar / electric powered electronically controlled moisture reticulation system, capable of being adjusted to suit different climatic regions and situations.

THE DIGESTER IS AVAILABLE IN VARIOUS CAPACITIES TO SUIT VARIOUS REQUIREMENTS. THE DIFFERENT MODELS ARE:-

1) Model Standard - Capacity upto 350 Kg per week. (50 Kg Avg. per day)

The Standard model organic Digester which can process upto 350 Kg per week. This model is suitable for installation in basements. Multiple units can be installed to increase waste processing capacity at a single location.

2) Model Tandem - Capacity upto 700 Kg per week. (100 Kg Avg. per day)

The Tandem model organic Digester which can process upto 700 Kg per week. This model is suitable for installation in basements. Multiple units can be installed to increase waste processing capacity at a single location.

3) Model Industrial - Capacity 2100 - 10500 Kg per week. (300- 1500 Kg/day)

The Industrial range of Digesters has a wide processing capacity range to suit specific customer requirements. The Digesters? modularity means that multiple units can be installed to form a flexible plant capable of processing from 300 Kg per day to 1500 Kg per day.

4) Custom Made Digester

We can also supply a custom made Digester for any large capacity requirement or any other unique requirement.

We prefer stating system capacity on a weekly basis since the waste generated every day is not exactly the same quantity and hence a weekly capacity denotation is more accurate. Also weekly capacity means the quantity of wastes that can be processed in a week irrespective of the number of working days in a week. Though we understand that for our customers stating daily capacity makes more sense and hence we have also stated average daily capacities

Vermigold ORGANIC WASTE PROCESSOR

The Vermigold Organic Waste Processor is a specially designed shredder cum mixer to shred and mix the organic kitchen, garden, paper and cardboard waste before introducing the waste material in the Organic Digester. It is powered by a 5/10HP motor tackles a wide variety of waste streams with ease. The Digester is assisted by the Waste-Processor to convert the organic waste into suitable pulp to be processed by the composting worms inside the Digester. The Waste-Processor provides high waste crushing capability on minimum footprints
