EnergyBin is multi-stage digestion system that converts bio-degradable waste into bio energy. This includes conversion of solid/wet bio-degradable wastes like food, industrial, animal and human waste into clean bio-gas, solid manure and liquid manure that can be used in agriculture, thermal and electrical applications. The entire set up is easy to install and operate. Its portable nature makes it a plug-n-play plant; the first of its kind in India. It’s completely enclosed design makes it odourless, noiseless and aesthetically rich to suit modern residential, industrial, commercial and corporate facilities. The chamber for energy man (operator) is completely equipped with a control panel to monitor and set parameters. Its designed in a completely contemporary way.

Collection:The wet waste that is collected is brought at the EnergyBin
Segregation: The Energy-Man sorts the wet waste and removes any metallic or other dry waste pieces from the feedstock.
Crushing: The filtered wet waste is then pumped into the crusher for faster and efficient digestion.
Biological Additives: The feedstock is fed into the Digester and X-Additives like enzymes and nutrients are introduced to further boost digestion process, improve effectiveness of the conversion and enhance the quality of Bio-Gas. This initiates an anaerobic reaction that converts the bio-degradable solid and liquid waste into bio-gas, liquid manure and solid manure.
Readings: The entire progress can be monitored on the control panel set up in the Chamber for Energy-Man. All the parameters that affect the efficiency of conversion like temperature, pH levels, Microbial count, Mixing, etc. can be controlled through a single dashboard.
Output: The bio-gas that is generated can be stored, used or piped via a Bio-Gas Balloon that is mounted on the top of the EnergyBin.

  • Compact indigenous solid-liquid separator, a system that removes excess water from the digested slurry. The separated water is re-circulated back to the plant. Excess water, if any, can also be used for gardening purpose.

  • Automatic pressure release system with both mechanical & electrical controls.

  • Equipped with Submersible Agitator which avoids settling of the solids inside the digester by helping in smooth circulation of the slurry leading to better digestion.

  • Designed to handle all types of biodegradable waste including fruit & vegetable peels, process & plate waste, used kitchen oil/grease, tissue paper & garden waste and more.

  • Designed for shock-loading of waste.

  • Ensures maximum volatile solids degradation and avoidance of heat losses.

  • Neoprene balloon for Bio-Gas storage, tested to withstand the weather exposure for continuous running of minimum 5 years

  • Advanced Industrial Burner designed for application along with ENERGYBIN which ensures equivalent thermal transfer compared to the conventional LPG system.

1. Production of energy (Heat and Electricity). Bio-Gas is a great substitute for LPG cylinders & can take part load of power generation.
2. Transformation of organic waste to high quality fertilizer. EnergyBin system yields organic manure which is a better substitute to chemical fertilizer.
3. Improvement of hygienic conditions through reduction of pathogens, worm eggs and flies. With scientific sludge treatment and by optimizing the treatment parameters, maximum amount of pathogens are killed.
